The fee amount will cover the review of the application, a verbal consultation of the application you have sent, and drawing up the actual contract. I will NOT review your application until you have paid the application fee.
This fee is separate from Initial Deposit to initiate the contract itself once approved.

The purpose of notarization is to prevent fraud and forgery. The notary acts as an official and unbiased witness to the identity of person who comes before the notary for a specific purpose.
3.) Along with the signed document, you will send (2) photos,
- photo of your ID or Driver'a License.
- photo of you holding that identification next to your face.
-You will also sign a (Model Release Form) for any pictures or videos that you send me that I will use during this duration if proceeding with this fetish.
